Your Buying Experience
For each profile ordered, you will receive an email with a link and code required for taking the assessment. This email will be sent automatically from discpittsburgh@wiley-epic.com to the billing email address entered during checkout. You will receive one email for each profile purchased.
Please note: if you’re purchasing product on someone else’s behalf, you’ll need to provide us with those email addresses or forward the email(s) you receive with access codes to the individual(s) you want to complete the assessment.

Payments
We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. The site uses a secured connection for all pages, so your information is secure. For your protection, we do not store any credit card information on our servers. Your information is passed securely to our credit card processor.

Product Delivery
Upon purchase of an Everything DiSC Profile, an access code and link to take the assessment are sent via email directly to the email address(es) provided after payment processing. Access codes expire after 120 days.
Orders are processed daily. Any order received after 5:00 EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
When a DiSC Profile is completed, results are instantly available on the Catalyst platform.
Returns & Refunds
Profiles
Completed, online DiSC Profiles are non-refundable. DiSC profiles that have not been completed may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the invoice date.
Facilitation Kits
All facilitation kits are digital downloads. Because a serial number is provided at the time of purchase (which is used for the download), facilitation kits are non-refundable
Certification
When we receive an order for Everything DiSC Certification, we will attempt to enroll you in the class you selected. However, classes sometimes sell out. If a class is unavailable, we will contact you to find a suitable open class. If you are unable to attend a different session, we will refund the Certification part of the order. Note that Facilitation Kits cannot be refunded once they have been issued.
Everything DiSC Certification classes can be canceled for a full refund with 7 days of the course opening date. Inside 7 days, there is a $250 cancellation fee which is deducted from the amount refunded. We can move you to a new course date at no charge, given at least one day’s notice.
