How Does It Work?

Step 1. Take the Agile EQ Assessment

DiSCPittsburgh.com will send you an access code and link to take the research-validated Everything DiSC Agile EQ assessment. Please set aside 20 – 30 minutes to respond to a series of behavioral statements on a five-point scale. Profiles are built using the latest adaptive testing methodology to provide precise, personalized insights.

Step 2. Discover Your Unique DiSC® Agile EQ Style

Each DiSC assessment is delivered in a narrative-style profile through the lens of your unique management style then brought to life in a live session (in-person or virtual) with a licensed DiSC facilitator (one-on-one or small group).

Step 3. Connect with Colleagues

Catalyst™ is an online learning platform that houses your organization’s DiSC profiles. Think of it as the home base for your Everything DiSC® journey. In Catalyst, you can see and connect with colleagues offering real-time tips for more effective interactions and so much more.

Step 4. Keep the Learning Going
