How Does It Work?

The WorkSmart learning experience includes five targeted learning modules facilitated by a Practitioner that provide action plans managers can apply immediately with their teams. Modules can be facilatated in any order, in about an hour each. Learner’s will be guided through:

Step 1. Getting Started:

After purchasing Worksmart for your managers who already have an EverythingDiSC Workplace Profile, build out a training calendar for the delivery of each of the 5 modules.

Step 2. Leading the Journey:

Facilitate a 1-hour conversation to help managers gain personalized insights into their unique strength based on their DiSC results.

Step 3. Action Planning:

Work with managers to create action plans that they can apply to the actual situations on their teams, for in-the-moment support as they navigate common workplace challenges. Action plans can be revisited any time to apply the DiSC model to people and situations as they arise.

Step 4. Continuing the Journey:

Follow up with additional resources and reference material for continued learning. Repeat steps 2 through 4 for each of the 5 modules.
