Everything DiSC® Sales is a powerful self-assessment and personalized learning experience designed to help salespeople successfully create customer-centric interactions that improve results. This application teaches participants to stretch beyond their natural Sales style to more effectively adapt to their customers’ preferences and expectations— regardless of the customer’s unique buying style. The experience is sales-specific with in-depth information, including tips, strategies, and action plans to help salespeople become more effective. 

How Does It Work?

Step 1. Take the Assessment

DiSCPittsburgh.com will send you an access code and link to take the research-validated Everything DiSC Sales assessment. Please set aside 15 – 25 minutes to respond to a series of behavioral statements on a five-point scale. Profiles are built using the latest adaptive testing methodology to provide precise, personalized insights on how their strengths and challenges influence their selling behaviors.  

Step 2. Discover Your Unique DiSC® Style

Each DiSC assessment is delivered in a narrative-style profile through the lens of your unique style then brought to life in a live session (in-person or virtual) with a licensed DiSC facilitator (one-on-one or small group). 

Step 4. Keep the Learning Going
