By combining the personalized insights of DiSC® with the proven science of cognitive behavioral theory, this application helps each participant effectively respond to the uncomfortable and unavoidable challenges of workplace conflict. Rather than focus on a step-bystep process for conflict resolution, participants gain personalized techniques to curb destructive behaviors so that conflict can become more productive, ultimately improving workplace relationships and results.

How Does It Work?

Step 1. Take the Productive Conflict Assessment

DiSCPittsburgh.com will send you an access code and link to take the research-validated Everything DiSC Productive Conflict assessment. Please set aside 15 – 20 minutes to respond to a series of questions about yourself by indicating the degree to which you agree with each statement. Profiles are built using your style to develop tools for selfawareness around conflict behaviors.

Step 2. Discover Your Unique Productive Style

Each DiSC assessment is delivered in a narrative-style profile through the lens of your unique Productive Conflict style then brought to life in a live session (in-person or virtual) with a licensed DiSC facilitator (one-on-one or small group).
